Return Policy

No sale is final until you are completely satisfied with our product.

We will gladly refund or exchange any items that are in resellable condition within thirty (30) days of the purchase date on your merchandise receipt. (Jan. 20th for Christmas items)


Steps For Returning Merchandise

  1. Be sure to include a copy of the receipt and a note with your full name telling us exactly what you would like us to do, whether it be a refund or an exchange. A store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card if no receipt is present.
  2. We are willing to work with you in the best possible way to make sure your return is quick and simple. However, we at Team Fever can not take back items that were damaged by the customer, worn by the customer, or have a distinct odor that will prevent us from reselling the item. No refunds will be allowed on undergarments, swimwear, or sale/clearence merchandise.
